Professional Node Activation

Select the Nodes. Choose the States. Activate the Routing.

Configure professional access nationwide by selecting the states served within each Node, choosing the official routing categories your organization provides, and submitting one complete Professional Node Activation Request.

Five Independent NodesMultiple States Per NodeReal-Time Pricing

The first professional DeskHub seat is included with the first active Node-State. Choose Solo for one operator or Team when additional DeskHub seats are needed.

Select a Node, choose one or more states served there, and activate the paid routing categories your organization provides within that Node. Every selected state creates one $500 annual Node-State activation. Every selected routing category is then billed at $200 per month in each selected state.

Node-specific state selection: a state selected under Housing belongs only to Housing. Legal, Financial Recovery, Business, and Homeownership each maintain their own selections.
Billing formula: each Node-State is $500 annually, and each selected routing category is $200 monthly for every state selected inside that Node.

Who this Node is for

For housing professionals, apartment locators, property teams, housing navigators, and organizations serving renters across selected states.

Routing received: Activation opens state-specific Housing routing. Eligible requests are matched to the selected Housing bundle and delivered into the professional routing workflow.
