What Subscription Access Includes

Each active subscription creates one defined intake pathway for one state and one service category. The routing structure reduces acquisition friction while preserving each professional’s independent operation and service decisions.

Single-Recipient Routing

Each routed homeownership inquiry is delivered to one active participant in the applicable state and service pathway. It is not simultaneously broadcast to competing providers.

State & Pathway Alignment

Intake is matched to the selected state, service category, and coverage area so the inquiry reaches a professional positioned to evaluate it.

Direct Intake Delivery

Member information moves directly through the active Homeowners Node pathway without a lead auction, shared marketplace, or commission-based intermediary.

Independent Service Decisions

Professionals control inquiry acceptance, communication, program eligibility, financing recommendations, property or title review, documentation requirements, fees, and client agreements, and all applicable licensing or compliance duties.

Keep 100% of Earnings

A flat subscription replaces commission splits, referral percentages, and bidding against other providers for the same contact.

Expandable Coverage

Begin with one pathway and add states or service categories when you are ready to expand your Homeowners Node coverage.

01 · Choose Coverage

Identify the state, service pathway, coverage area, and access type that match your services and capacity.

02 · Confirm Availability

NSCN confirms pathway fit, geographic coverage, and current activation status before the subscription begins.

03 · Activate Pathway

Complete subscription activation and receive intake delivery details for the selected state and service category.

Professional boundary: NSCN routes homeownership service inquiries but does not originate loans, approve financing, provide legal or financial advice, direct professional judgment, set fees, or promise a purchase, refinance, foreclosure, title, or funding outcome. Participating professionals remain responsible for licensing, registration, disclosures, contracts, data handling, and applicable federal and state requirements.

Why This Model Exists

Traditional client-acquisition channels may charge per contact, distribute the same inquiry to multiple providers, or take a percentage of earnings. The NSCN Homeowners Node uses a flat, defined subscription pathway so professionals can receive aligned inquiries without bidding for the same person or surrendering part of their compensation.

Independent Service Authority

NSCN provides state- and category-aligned intake routing. Participating homeownership professionals independently decide whether to accept an inquiry, what services to offer, what documentation is required, what fees apply, and whether a professional-client relationship is formed.

12 State-Based Service Pathways

Participation provides routing access, not employment, exclusivity, guaranteed volume, or authority for NSCN to control professional judgment, pricing, or service acceptance.

Check Pathway Availability

Tell NSCN your state, service pathway, coverage area, and whether you are activating as an independent professional or a company. Include license, certification, or registration information when your state or service model requires it. NSCN will confirm pathway fit, coverage, and activation status before the subscription begins.

Requesting availability creates no obligation. Participating professionals retain authority to accept or decline inquiries, define service scope, set fees, and determine whether to enter a professional-client relationship.
