NO REFUND & DIGITAL ACCESS POLICY

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

This No Refund and Digital Access Policy governs all transactions processed through FindSecondChance.com or any service pathway operated by the National Second Chance Network ("NSCN"). By completing any transaction on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy prior to submitting payment. This policy should be read in conjunction with the NSCN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both of which are available on FindSecondChance.com.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All payments made through FindSecondChance.com are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to professional subscription fees, network participation fees, service pathway access fees, digital resource purchases, intelligence product access fees, and any other paid transaction within the NSCN platform. By completing a transaction on FindSecondChance.com, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to digital services, network resources, and platform features, that access begins immediately upon payment processing, that the digital nature of the services means delivery is instant and cannot be reversed, and that no refund, partial refund, credit, exchange, proration, or chargeback will be issued under any circumstance except as may be required by applicable law.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

If you are a network professional participating in the NSCN network through a paid subscription and you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to the network through the remainder of the period for which you have already paid.

If your subscription is cancelled by NSCN due to non-compliance with the obligations outlined in your participation agreement, no refund will be issued for any portion of the subscription period. Cancellation for non-compliance is final and is not subject to appeal, credit, or reinstatement unless determined otherwise at the sole discretion of NSCN.

4. NATURE OF SERVICES

NSCN operates a network that connects individuals with independent professionals across housing, legal, financial, career, and homeownership service categories. Payments processed through the platform provide access to the network, its service pathways, its resources, and its professional connections. NSCN does not guarantee apartment approval, lease signing, housing placement, legal outcomes, credit improvement, employment placement, or any other specific result. The non-refundable nature of all transactions reflects the immediate-access digital delivery model of the platform. Once access is granted, the service has been delivered regardless of whether you choose to use it.

5. DISPUTES WITH NETWORK PROFESSIONALS

If you have a dispute regarding a service provided by a network professional connected through FindSecondChance.com, that dispute is between you and the professional. NSCN facilitates the initial connection but is not a party to any service agreement, transaction, or engagement between you and the professional. NSCN does not oversee, manage, or guarantee the work performed by any network professional. NSCN will not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with a professional's performance, for service outcomes that did not meet your expectations, or for any dispute arising from your engagement with a network professional. If you believe a network professional has acted in a manner that violates the principles of the NSCN network, you may report your concern to nscn@findsecondchance.com and NSCN will review the matter at its sole discretion.

6. CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider for a legitimate transaction completed on FindSecondChance.com, NSCN reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to all NSCN services, membership, and platform features without prior notice. NSCN further reserves the right to provide transaction records, communication logs, access logs, and any other relevant evidence to the payment provider to contest the chargeback. NSCN also reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any administrative fees, processing fees, and costs incurred as a result of the chargeback process. We strongly encourage you to contact us at nscn@findsecondchance.com before initiating a chargeback so that we can address your concern directly and resolve the matter without involving third-party payment processors.

7. FREE SERVICES

NSCN community membership and certain platform resources are offered at no cost. This No Refund and Digital Access Policy does not apply to free services, as no payment is involved. However, misuse of free services, including but not limited to submitting false or fraudulent information, abusing network connections, harassing community members or network professionals, or using free services for purposes that violate the NSCN Terms of Service, may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to all NSCN services, both free and paid, without prior notice or liability.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By making any payment on FindSecondChance.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this No Refund and Digital Access Policy prior to completing your transaction. You acknowledge that you understand all sales are final, that digital access is delivered immediately, and that no refunds will be issued. This acknowledgment constitutes your binding agreement to the terms of this policy.
