This Digital Asset & Governance Policy defines the terms of all transactions, license acquisitions, and infrastructure access within the National Second Chance Community (NSCC). The National Placement Intelligence Network (NPIN) (“The Company”) operates as a specialized data logistics entity, providing immediate access to proprietary digital assets, "Shadow Logic" protocols, and institutional residency intelligence.
1. DIGITAL ASSET FINALITY DECLARATION
All acquisitions of NSCC Digital Assets are final. Because our products are non-tangible, digital intelligence assets delivered instantly upon acquisition, the Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the synchronization process has been initiated and access is provisioned.
2. THE NATURE OF THE LICENSE (INTELLIGENCE ACCESS)
When you authorize a transaction, you are acquiring a Limited, Non-Transferable, Revocable Digital Access License to the Company’s proprietary data architecture.
- Access vs. Outcome: This license provides access to specialized information and navigational tools. It does not constitute a guarantee of a specific housing result.
- Market Variables: Third-party decisions by landlords or property managers are external variables outside the control of the NPIN infrastructure and do not constitute a failure of service delivery.
3. IMMEDIATE PROVISIONING & VALUE TRANSFER
By completing your acquisition, you acknowledge that the value of the digital asset is transferred at the moment of delivery.
- Immediate Fulfillment: Access to "Shadow Logic" protocols and residency intelligence is provisioned immediately upon successful payment.
- Consumption of Asset: Accessing the NSCC portal or intelligence layer, even once, constitutes the full consumption of the digital product.
- Waiver of Refund Rights: Due to the nature of digital goods, you waive any right to a refund based on a change of intent, dissatisfaction with third-party market availability, or failure to satisfy third-party residency requirements.
4. CHARGEBACK DEFENSE PROTOCOL (THE EVIDENCE BUNDLE)
The National Placement Intelligence Network (NPIN) maintains a rigorous standard for transaction integrity. We utilize a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding bad-faith or fraudulent disputes.
- Pre-Dispute Synchronization: You agree to contact nscc@findsecondchance.com and allow 72 business hours for a manual review of your account before initiating a bank dispute.
- Comprehensive Evidence: In the event of an unauthorized dispute, the Company will provide the financial institution with a Comprehensive Evidence Bundle, including IP-linked access logs, timestamps of every page viewed, and digital proof of your acceptance of these terms at checkout.
5. DATA INTEGRITY & ACCESS SECURITY
Your institutional license is for a single human user to ensure the security of the NSCC perimeter.
- Telemetry Monitoring: Our system monitors for Concurrent Multi-IP Access. If telemetry detects unauthorized sharing or login usage across multiple geographic locations, access will be terminated immediately to protect the community's trade secrets.
- Security Enforcement: We reserve the right to pursue damages for the unauthorized leak or theft of proprietary registry data.
6. ACCOUNT GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE
Unauthorized or bad-faith financial disputes result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of all NSCC infrastructure access.
- Regulatory Reporting: The Company may report fraudulent dispute activity to cross-industry databases and blacklist the associated identity and payment methods across all NPIN subsidiaries.
- Sovereignty Retention: This ensures the stability of the ecosystem for all community members and protects the integrity of our data partners.
7. TECHNICAL SYNCHRONIZATION & SUPPORT
If you encounter a technical barrier or an "access loop," our engineers are available at nscc@findsecondchance.com. Technical errors will be corrected immediately through a manual synchronization of your account; however, the manual restoration of access does not invalidate the final nature of the digital license or constitute a basis for a refund.
