NATIONAL SECOND CHANCE COMMUNITY (NSCC) | TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Data Architecture, Technical Synchronization Tools, and Private Intelligence Portals operated by the National Placement Intelligence Network (NPIN), doing business as the National Second Chance Community (NSCC). By interacting with this system, you acknowledge and agree to these legally binding operational standards.
1. ARCHITECTURAL DEFINITIONS
- “System” refers to the digital infrastructure and synchronization hubs located at FindSecondChance.com.
- “Member” refers to any individual activating a zero-cost profile within the System.
- “Partner Node” refers to independent, state-licensed professional locators who have cleared the NPIN verification process.
- “Digital Assets” refers to the high-fidelity residency data, market signals, and proprietary "Shadow Logic" guides provisioned to the member.
2. TECHNOLOGY & LOGISTICS DECLARATION (NON-BROKERAGE)
NPIN functions as a Technology and Data Logistics Entity. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage.
- No Agency: We do not represent members, landlords, or property managers in any transaction.
- No Negotiation: We do not interpret, draft, or negotiate lease contracts.
- Infrastructure Fees: Any fees paid to the System are for Data Logistics, Infrastructure Maintenance, and Digital Asset Acquisition only.
3. AUTOMATED SYNCHRONIZATION PROTOCOL
The NSCC is an automated infrastructure designed for high-velocity routing.
- Independent Nodes: All Partner Nodes are independent entities. NPIN is not liable for housing approvals, denials, or lease terms set by third-party properties.
- Automatic Routing: By submitting a synchronization request, you authorize the System to automatically route your telemetry to a Verified Partner Node.
- Verification Standards: "Verification" confirms a partner’s adherence to the NSCC Integrity Protocol; it is not a guarantee of a specific housing outcome.
4. DIGITAL ASSETS & INITIALIZATION FINALITY
Access to specialized intelligence hubs requires the acquisition of a digital license.
- Immediate Provisioning: Because digital assets are delivered instantly upon payment, all transactions are final.
- Refund Neutrality: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," inability to qualify for specific third-party housing, or landlord-side denials.
- Operational Reinvestment: A portion of net proceeds supports the maintenance of the NPIN national infrastructure.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PERIMETER SECURITY
The technical logic, MRAO protocols, and data mappings within the System are the proprietary Trade Secrets of National Placement Intelligence Network (NPIN).
- Prohibited Acts: Members are strictly prohibited from scraping, screenshotting, or redistributing private portal content.
- Liquidated Damages: Unauthorized distribution of proprietary data will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & THE "SHIELD"
By acquiring a digital license, you acknowledge the immediate transfer of value and waive the right to a chargeback for "Services Not Received."
- Pre-Dispute Synchronization: You agree to contact nscc@findsecondchance.com and allow 72 business hours for a manual review before initiating a bank dispute.
- Retaliation Clause: Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks result in a permanent ban from the NSCC ecosystem, and all associated entities operated by NPIN.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, NPIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the System in the six (6) months preceding a claim.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
